This time last year, Embattled Senator Dino Melaye, who is currently facing threat of recall, and Senator Oluremi Tinubu, wife of APC Chieftain and former Governor of Lagos, Bola Tinubu were at each other’s throat.

New photos of them chatting have caused a stir on Nigeria internet after Dino shared them yesterday
You recall July 2016, Oluremi Tinubu, the senator representing Lagos Central, at the time petitioned the leaderships of the All Progressives Congress and the Senate after she clashed with Dino Melaye during a Senate closed-door session.
The petition followed an earlier letter to the acting Inspector of Police, Ibrahim Idris, in which she asked for “adequate security” for fear Mr. Melaye might kill her.
Remi alleged that Senator Melaye threatened to beat her on the floor of the Senate just because she dared to express her opinion different from his. She added that Dino threatened to rape and boasted he would face no consequence even if he fulfilled these criminal threats, claims Dino later denied.
Dino yesterday shared pictures of himself chatting with same Remi Tinubu, an indication that all things are now well between them.
